Production notes

1. Quotes are based on the supplied artwork. Additional editing adds one design proof fee.
2. Lead time: large-format 1–2 days, gang printing 2–7 days, standalone 1–4 days, binding at least 1–3 days, plus finishing.
3. Color variation is possible; gang printing loss is 5–10%. Exact quantity must be notified in advance.
4. Design copyright is not included; one-time use only. Other uses incur additional fees.
5. Web and print files are not interchangeable. Each is quoted separately.
6. Payment means the order is placed. Production may take 1–7 days after payment; confirm the delivery date.
7. After the first design proof, the design fee is non-refundable.
8. Printed materials are refundable only for damage, under our policy.
9. For outdoor incidents, only reprinting is provided. Installation, equipment and labor costs are not compensated. Recheck size before installation.
10. Same-day production starts when files are confirmed and payment completed. Revisions delay the deadline.
11. Payments after the cutoff are processed the next day. Rush fees are non-refundable.
12. Server files are deleted 48 hours after receipt (re-upload for reprints or disputes).
